Who we are
Mostreno Technical Services Works L.L.C. (Dubai trade licence 1367223), Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai.

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, the area you live in and what you want done, when you use the design tool, the quick estimate, a form, WhatsApp or email.
- Your project: the room sizes and products you choose in the design tool, and any photos you send us.
- Job records: quotes, receipts and payments, once you work with us.
- Website visits: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
- Where you found us: on your first visit we keep a small cookie for 90 days that remembers where you came from (for example Instagram or Google) and the first page you saw. If you later send us a design or ask for a visit, it is saved with your request so we know which posts help people. It holds nothing about who you are.
Why we use it
- To prepare your estimate and quote, and to contact you about it.
- To plan and carry out your job, and to give you your receipts and guarantee.
- To keep the business records the law asks us to keep.
- To make the website better.
We only send you offers or news if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
Who else sees it
- We never sell your details.
- We use trusted services to run the business: secure databases and storage for your project and documents, email, and WhatsApp to talk with you.
- The quick estimate uses an AI assistant from a trusted provider. What you type there is sent to that provider only to write your answer.
- If a partner team does part of your job, they only get what they need to do the work, such as the address, the date and the scope. After the job we may ask you for a short review of their work.
- We share details with authorities only when the law requires it, or with your building when a permit needs it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a job: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Quotes, receipts and job records: as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@mostreno.com. We reply within 7 days.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The website still works without them.
Keeping it safe
Your details are kept in private, password protected systems. Photos and documents are stored privately and are only shown to our team through short lived links. Only the people who need your details to do your job can see them.
Pictures and prices on this website
Pictures on this website show design ideas unless we say a picture is a finished Mostreno job. Product prices come from the shops linked next to them and are checked often, but shops can change them. Your signed quote is always the final price. How we run jobs is on how we work.
We follow UAE data protection law. If this page changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
